Watertable's locally sourced menu and noteworthy cocktail program have become a staple for SoCal's beach city locals. The menu features seasonal American fare in addition to a distinguished selection of world-class wines and artisanal cocktails. Christmas Eve and Christmas Dinner
Celebrate the holidays with a three course menu ($65 pp) with additional shared plate options. Christmas Eve will feature dessert items from our pastry team’s seasonal menu, and on Christmas the family kitchen will be decked out with a decadent dessert buffet.
New Year’s Eve Dinner
We will be offering a four course menu ($95 pp) with highlighted items from Chef Adrian Lagoy’s upcoming winter menu. Entertainment for the evening will be provided by guitarist Ben Woods and a champagne toast at midnight.

In sympathy to the ever changing, ever evolving nature of the wine industry, the Watertable wine list continues to define itself in identity and is, happily, understood to perpetually remain “a work in progress.” True to viniculture itself – knowledge, appreciation and experimentation is never ending. The list continues to expand as we endeavor to implement creative and distinctive wineries for our own specific regions of California as well as highlighting producers from a global scale.
